We recommended not to associate to other drugs with xanthic bases (coffee, you, tail, kill), since they harness its exciting effect.
Its continued use produces addiction, to prescribe in form of discontinuous treatments (to see indirect effect).
To use only specialties with the due control: The irruption in the market of derivatives of guaraná without the due sanitary guarantees has produced numerous pictures of anxiety with tachycardia or arrhythmias, of an intensity so that it makes think that they take including amphetamines.
The extracts of guaraná are ictiotóxicos (timbonósido).
To consider the alcoholic content of the flowed extract, the dye and the syrup.
Galénicas Forms/Dosage
To see precautions.
- Decocción to 3%, two cups to the day.
- fluid Extract (1:1): 25 to 50 drops, one to three times to the day.
- It tinctures (1:10): 50-100 drops, one to three times to the day.
- dry Extract (5:1): 100 mg, for the mornings.
- Syrup (3% of fluid extract): 1 to 3 soperas spoonfuls to the day.
- Dust: 0,5-2 g/día.
We recommended not to administer at night.
