Polisacáridos constituted by D-galactosa and D-manosa in proportion between 1:1,5 and 1:2. The molecules consist of a linear main chain of manopiranosas united with glucosídico connection b-(1-4) and of galactopiranosas united with glicosídico connection alpha-(1-6).
Farmacológica Action
Polisacáridos produce effect secuestrante (it forms a viscous gel that delays the glúcidos lipid absorption and), a voluminizante effect (it increases the repleción of the stomach and prolongs the satiety sensation). In addition he is demulcente and laxative smooth.
Indications
