HARVESTING: If they are for eating them fresh, the leaves gather at the end of the winter, that is when they are more tender. The process to obtain it is similar to the previous one: the root, cut in trocitos is toasted and the infusion is ground is prepared in the same form of the coffee

Taraxacum mongolicum Hand: Amargón of Mongolia (Pugongying).Originario of ample zones of Mongolia, China and Asia ex--Soviet. It is used traditionally like pectoral, in case of gastritis, abdominal pains, and in many other smaller indications. Dose 9-15 g.
Jacaranda filicifolia D. Don: Amargón of the Turquestán. It is cultivated in great extensions of the Ukraine and Crimea to obtain látex, that can constitute until 25 % of the weight by the dry root. When the curing, látex produces a rubber species. It does not have medicinal properties that deserve to be outstanding.
Galénicas Forms/Dosage
Internal use:
- Decocción (roots and leaves): a sopera spoonful by cup, to boil two minutes. Three cups to the day, before the meals.
- fluid Extract (1:1): 40 to 60 drops, 3 or 4 times to the day.
- It tinctures (1:10): 50-100 drops, one to three times to the day.
- dry Extract (5:1): 0,5 to 2 g to the day (1 g is equivalent to 5 g of dry plant).
- fresh Juice by root: one to two spoonfuls to the day, along with an infusion.
