The saponósidos ones confer antiseptic, antibacterial, antimicótica, vasoprotectora and expectorante an action to him. The tannins are responsible for their action astringent (the antidiarreico, hemostatic premises, healing).
Indications
Popularly it is used for the treatment of chronic bronchitis, flatulencias and to cut the internal hemorrhages. By external route it can be useful for the treatment of aftas buccal, dérmicas wounds, ulceraciones and eczemas.
In the Pyrenean Aragonese one is used the infusion of leaves and roots, in form of garglings to fight the estomatitis, parodontopatías and faringitis. Topically, in form of compresas absorbed with the decocción, to alleviate the annoyances produced by the hemorroides (Villar, 1992).
Galénicas Forms/Dosage
- Infusion: A spoonful of dessert by cup. 3 cups to the day.
- Dust: 1-2 teaspoons of coffee to the day.
- fluid Extract: 15-25 drops, one to three times to the day.
- It tinctures (1:10): 30-50 drops, one to three times to the day.
