Used popularly like: Antifúngico, antiviral, healing, sedative, expectorante, diurético and slightly sudorífico.
Indications
By its toxicity internally, one only recommends its topical use in cutaneous micosis, tróficas ulcers and herpes to zoster.
Contraindications
Oral administration (except by facultative prescription).
Indirect effect
Topically it can produce contact dermatitis, with intense rubefacción and even vesicación.
Precaution/Poisonings
All the plant is toxic, specially the seeds: it contains saponósidos with hemolítica, irritating action of the digestive and respiratory mucous. To greater doses it produces tremor, diarrea and a strong diuresis.

Topical application:
- Juice of fresh plant, fluid extract.
- Cream (5% of fluid extract).
