It is a plant of 20 to 50 cm of height that grow in sandy grounds of the center and north of Europe, as well as of North America. His rizoma is mainly used like diurético and sudorífico. Also one is used by its digestive and smoothly laxative properties. An infusion with 10-20 is prepared grams of rizoma by liter of water, from which 3 daily cups with the main meals are taken.
