Commentaries:
It could Reduce to This Grass the Risk of the disease of Alzheimer and the Cancer?
By Allen S. Josephs, M. D.
To learn new information can be a estimuladora thing. Too many of us, unfortunately, are not interested to obtain the new knowledge and growing of. It had been actively studying nutrition for last the ten years and I consider something of an authority. Nevertheless, when encounter new information in the nutrition field, I find moving rather. Well, he is today one of those days.
Per years it had read about Planta cúrcuma that was not known until recently and I realized extension of this very powerful nutritious food. Cúrcuma, otherwise known like curcumin, is a member of the family of jengibre that is cultivated extensively through India, China and Indonesia. Cúrcuma is the greater ingredient in cari, a spice that is used enough in the Hindu diet. It along with knew its effects like antiinflammatory some anticancerigenic effects, although later to have read of its great nutritious power
The investigators of the University of California in the Angels have indicated that India has one of the lowest rates of the disease of Alzheimer in the world, dear who to be about 1% of individuals on the age of 65, whereas approximately 10% of North Americans on age 65 develop the disease of Alzheimer supposedly. Perhaps the investigators suggested curcumin had some Anti-Alzheimer effect. Recent Literature has indicated that the antiinflammatory long term use of the nonsheroidal one of drugs as the ibuprofeno can reduce the risk of the disease of Alzheimer. Unfortunately, these drugs have long term consequences that take to a risk of hemorrhages in case of ulceras and the damage of liver and kidney.
The UCLA investigators lead a quite interesting experiment. The mice grew up genetically to develop Alzheimer. The then mice were with several doses curcumin. One was that relatively low doses of curcumin diminished the disease of Alzheimer destroying the pathological changes in the brains of mice by about 50%. The investigators concluded that the consumption of curcumin can be one more a safer alternative in comparison with drugs antiinflammatory steroids not to help to reduce the incidence of the disease of the disease of Alzheimer.
Additionally, there is manifold studies in the medical Literature that suggests that curcumin can have some potential to deal with truely several forms the cancer. Al to make this investigation recent, pleased to see to me that several possible therapies for the prostate are at the moment experienced by the National Institute del Cancer, you become cancerous of sine. Between this is curcumin. In an article published in the daily east Anti-Ca'ncer Investigation year, was indicated that extensive investigation on last the fifty years suggests this nutritious food can prevents and treats the cancer. The effects anti cancer of curcumin come from their ability to suppress proliferation of a great variety of cells of tumor and to seem to be effective to not only suppress to the initiation of the tumor but also tumor promotion and even metástasis (the extension of the cancer).
Farmacológicamente, like nutritious food is safe in human the clinical tests that show nondose that limits the toxicity until 10g (10.000 mg.) a day. The authors of the paper conclude saying that the studies have suggested curcumin has enormous potential in the prevention and the therapy of the cancer.
Curcumin appears to have a positive effect in the vesicle function. It also has some beneficial effects with respect to the cardiovascular system including lowering of cholesterol levels and inhibition of the aggregate of the plaqueta.
It is rare that young they suffer of the disease of the disease of Alzheimer, I recommend certain nutritious foods. good doses are due to take routinely from vitamins C, and and the complex B, oil of antirust liver of codfish and, but now having reviewed Literature on cúrcuma, I suggest this plant as a nutritional complement also. it pleases to me to announce that the Institute of Ciencias Nutricionales (NSI) has added cúrcuma standardizada to its line of products totalizing about 150 different products. Each capsule contains 900 mg. of cúrcuma standardizada to 95% of curcumin (the highest plane available). Still more, 5 NSI include mg of Bioperine dramatically to increase the absorption of curcumin in the blood current. The capsules are easier to swallow than it rocks the hard tablets that contain artificial folders and colorantes.
