The enzymes exert a digestive function. Galénicas Forms/Dosage
Internal use:
- Decocción (perlada barley: chipped and polished mechanically) 20 g by liter. To boil 5 minutes. To take voluntarily.
- Decocción (simiente cleaned, cleared of its envelope): 30 to 50 g/l, to boil during 30 minutes (until the grain is opened). To take voluntarily.
- Dust (MALTA: germinated barley artificially and soon dried): 5 to 20 g to the day, in malteadas capsules or papillas, added to soups, purés or papillas.
(the germination causes the amylase appearance, digestive enzyme).
- Oil of barley germ: Nourishing use.
External use:
- Flour: diluted in hot and applied water in form of cataplasms.
