Farmacológica Action
Formerly one was used like emenagogo and oxitócico: "aristos" (Aristos = better), "locheia" (locheia = childbirth), antiinflammatory, sudorífico, healing.
The aristolóquico acid is highly toxic and irritating of the mucous, to high doses it behaves as emetocatártico and it can produce respiratory paralysis.
The aristolóquico acid is nefrotóxico and carcinogénico.
