EPIDIDIMITIS

The epididimitis Is an acute disease that although is very annoying by its symptoms, does not get to affect the genital organs, although it requires opportune attention since occasionally it can become a chronic epididimitis, the one that only can be corrected by means of an operation.

It is caused generally by bacterial infections and in many cases by some disease of sexual transmission, as it is the case of clamidia, but even any bacterium, still those that cause urinary infections, can move through the genitourinarias routes and arrive at epidídimo.

When a person undergoes epididimitis, the area becomes inflamed and it is put it warms up and it lasts to the tact, reason why it is easy to detect it and to diagnose it.

Normally the epididimitis only affects a testicle, but when both become infected and it does not treat suitably, infertility can take place.
