Esofagoscopia.
Treatment:
Surgery, radiation and chemotherapy or mix of both.
Medication
Analgesic or morphine to avoid pain.
Tranquilizers and ansiolíticos.
Anticolinérgicos or blocking of calcium, to avoid espasmos of esophagus.
Diet: In the natural evolution of the disease, it will tolerate every worse time solid foods, having to pass first a a doughy diet, with purés, and later to a liquid diet.
Complications
Metástasis fast in liver and lung.
Esofágica constriction.
Prognosis
Incurable except in cases of very precocious diagnosis.
