The diagnosis is made by inspection, although it can be necessary to make complementary tests, mainly blood analysis, to discard a secondary alopecia (due to general or sistémicas diseases).
Also it is necessary to distinguish it of those secondary ones to skin transtornos, as the tineas (fúngicas affections of the skin), of which difference because in these last ones there is wild inflammatory assets, that are growing, and because in these it is not that they do not appear hair, but that they grow weak and is broken. In addition, the alopecias produced by skin transtornos usually itch.
General Measures
Báńese and lávese the hair with normality: it is not a contagious disorder.
Avoid the pulls in the normal hair of the zones near the loss of the hair.
Medication
Twice apply steroids of topical use one or to the day (if it is not indicated to him of another form). The ideal application is after the bath or to wash the head. This facilitates the application and increases its penetration. Use products solely nonfluorados steroids for the hairy leather and ingle.
