It comes as a powder, a mixture of clay and various plants (ginger and fenugreek) powder.
Instructions:
Put in a bowl in a water bath, the appropriate amount of pure honey-variable depending on the area of application-to get lost consistency. Remove and add the powder little by little, stirring once, until it forms a thick dough. Apply directly to skin a layer 1 cm thick and cover with a cloth or gauze. Maintain at least 45 minutes. If done at night, can then be left overnight. Each time, make new plaster.
