Infusions should be cooked and always stand with the container covered to avoid loss of volatile active ingredients. After the standing time recommended is filtered through cotton, cloth, etc. and kept in a glass container in a cool (refrigerator in hot weather).
Never shall hold the prepared over two days.
Preparation processes are of two types:
Infusion:
Add boiling water over the plants and leave the time indicated in each case.
Decoction or cooking:
Boil the right amount of plant and maintain a very gentle cooking for the recommended time. Remove from heat and rest.
