Ingredients:

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), 250 mg. Vitamin E (150 IU as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 100 mg. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), 75 mg. Thiamin (Vitamin B1 thiamine mononitrate), 75 mg. Pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate) 75 mg. Riboflavin (vitamin B2), 92 mg (of which 75 mg in the 17 mg tablet and the coating). Beta carotene from natural source (as prep ..) (contains soybean), 4.5 mg (12 mcg providing other carotenoids naturally). Niacin (Niacinamide) 75 mg. Inositol, 75 mg. Choline (bitartrate) 31 mg. Calcium (carbonate, amino acid chelate), 64 mg. Magnesium (as oxide, amino acid chelate), 32 mg. Iodine (kelp powder) 150 mcg. Zinc (oxide, amino acid chelate), 10 mg. Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex powder 25 mg. Betaine hydrochloride, 25 mg. Routine powder, 25 mg. Vitamin D (400 IU as ergocalciferol prep ..), 10 mcg. Vitamin B12 (as cobalamin prep ..), 75 mcg. Biotin (as prep.), 75 mcg. Iron (as bisglycinate), 1.3 mg.
