DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
As a food supplement for adults. 3 tablets daily preferably with meals.

Calcium (amino acid chelate) 500 mg Magnesium (amino acid chelate) 250 mg Phosphorus (amino acid chelate), 200 mg, Potassium (amino acid complex), 99 mg, powdered plant cellulose, 90 mg, Iron (amino acid chelate), 10 mg, Zinc (amino acid chelate), 10 mg, Manganese (amino acid chelate), 10 mg, magnesium stearate, 1.35 mg, Copper (amino acid chelate) 250 mcg, Iodine (as Kelp) 150 mcg, Molybdenum (amino acid chelate) 60 mcg, Selenium (as l-selenomethionine without yeast) 50 mcg, Chromium (niacin amino acid chelate) 20 mcg.
Does not contain corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and is formulated without preservatives, flavor enhancers or artificial colors.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose for this product.
