The flavonoid quercetin is a biologically active. This product contains synergistic nutrients that the quercetin along with it will work the same areas, resulting in greater effi ciency. Some of these nutrients are vitamin C, bromelain, citrus flavonoids, acerola, rose hips and rutin.
One of the actions of quercetin is to inhibit the release of histamine and formation of leukotrienes and reduces the production of prostaglandins. It is a lung protective against pollutants, such as snuff, working to protect the cells.
