DIRECTIONS: Take 2 tablets twice daily.

Four tablets per day provided: Concentrated pulses: 250 mg, concentrated apple: 240 mg, malic acid: 1200 mg, magnesium hydroxide do: 360 mg (150 mg of magnesium), vitamin B1: 1.4 mg, vitamin B2: 1.6 mg and vitamin B6: 2.0 mg.

The seeds of some legumes, are rich in the amino acid 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP), a natural precursor in the synthesis of serotonin, a neurotransmitter in the central nervous system that regulates various metabolic functions. Low levels of serotonin are associated with chronic fatigue, muscle aches, increased sense of malaise, sleep disturbances, discouragement and anxiety.

PROMIAL COMPLEX, gives 5-HTP to restore serotonin levels and normalize the feelings of their reduction characteristics. In addition, apple concentrate, malic acid, magnesium chelate and vitamins B (B1, B2, B6), act together in the relief of diffuse muscle aches and weakness.
