It is united an aquatic plant that has the stock lasts and hard to the bottom of the sea by means of strong and firm roots. Cocimiento: A handful of leaves is put to warm up in 1 liter of water; the rest of the plant separate and a cup is taken at night. If the flavor is not very pleasant it can sweeten with sugar or honey.
