SUPRA-ALFA (COMPLEX RICH IN IRON ORE) (formerly called Bioalfa). NUTERGIA
Iron-rich mineral complex. SUPRAALFA provides various minerals and trace elements (iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc, selenium ...) in the form directly comparable.
A contribution of iron and minerals is useful, if:
• Children in period of growth.
· Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
· Sports.
· nursing.
And if acid soil, demineralized.
Recommended use:
1 to 2 cap daily dose (10 to 20 ml) in ˝ cup of water on an empty stomach in the morning or between meals.

Interest of a complex iron-rich
Some minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc ... play an essential role in the various processes of growth and mineralization.
