INSTRUCTIONS:
OS-CAL dust:
Take the contents of a measure dosing (12 g) per day, dispersed in a glass of water or other liquid.
PROVIDES A DAILY DOSE:

500 mg, mind enzymatically hydrolyzed gelatin: 10 g, silica: 31 mg, vitamin D3: 5 mcg Vitamin C: 50 mg, Vitamin B1: 1.4 mg, Vitamin B2: 1.6 mg, vitamin B6: 2.0 mg, vitamin B5: 6.0 mg.

OSCAL incorporates the essential nutrients for proper bone remodeling.
Enzymatically hydrolyzed gelatin, along with vitamins B and C involved in the synthesis of collagen fibers that are part of the organic matrix of our bones. The calcium in the form of phosphate, is the majority mineral in our bones, and is responsible to provide their characteristic hardness.
Vitamin D3 is an essential factor in calcium absorption and helps in the mineralization of collagen fibers that gives strength and density.
