USES: The Lamberts AZ Multi ® is a formula one-to-day, which provides the most important micronutrients, most 100% of the RDA (recommended daily allowance).

This is a supplement to a level of "maintenance" useful that can be taken from age 13. Due to size constraints of the tablets, no one-to multi-day, including our AZ, can provide the calcium and magnesium to meet the RDA.
