USES:
The name of pantothenic acid comes from the Latin word "Panther", which means everywhere is often referred to as Vitamin B-5.
Pantothenic acid is a component of coenzyme A, essential for releasing energy from food. He is also involved in the production of antibodies and it is therefore important for an effective immune system. Pantothenic acid is essential for the production of cortisone by the adrenal glands. This corticosteroid hormone is needed to help the body cope with stress. Consequently, health professionals often recommend 500 mg of calcium pantothenate daily for those who lead a difficult and stressful life.
