NUTRITIONAL INFORMATION PER TAB:
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 50 mg. Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 50 mg. Niacin (as Nicotinamide) 50 mg. Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) 50 mg. Folic Acid: 400 mcg. Vitamin B-12: 50 mg. Biotin: 0.05 mg. Pantothenic acid: 50 mg. Choline Bitartrate 50 mg. Inositol: 50 mg. PABA: 15 mg.
USES:
The B group of vitamins is a set of essential nutrients that have certain characteristics in common. All are soluble in water and are found in foods such as brewer's yeast, meat, whole wheat, cereals and vegetable proteins (see food chart).
Although they differ chemically from each other, the behavior of the B vitamins in the body, is closely related to each other. The metabolism of folic acid and Vitamin B-12 are closely linked. Vitamin B-2 is required for activation of Vitamin B-6, and Vitamin B-3 can be synthesized from other dietary agents provided that the body has sufficient levels of Vitamin B6.
The B complex works in the body as a group of vitamins that are essential for releasing energy from food and are a vital factor in the metabolism of fats and proteins. This group helps maintain a healthy state of skin, hair, nails, eyes, mouth and liver, and the production of hemoglobin. The proper functioning of the brain and nervous system need the Vitamin B complex is present regularly in the diet.
