Bowel disorders in changing and ill-defined symptoms such as bloating, flatulence, painful contractions (cramps) and irregular habits, remain one of the most complex fields to treat. The market is full of ready to act against specific symptoms, but few get to the root of the problem: the balance between the large number of colonies of pathogenic and beneficial bacteria that live in the intestine. Take 5 grams daily the first three days, then go to 15-20 grams per day for maintenance. Children: Take 2.5 grams three days, then move to 5-10 grams daily maintenance.
WARNINGS:
If any of these intakes cause excessive flatulence, reduce dose and increase it gradually. Flatulence is a positive sign that the product has reached the intestine and is feeding the friendly bacteria. These bloating will disappear within a few days, when the friendly bacteria to develop and absorb the gases. For intakes above 10 g (or 5 g in children), divide it into 2 daily doses.
