USES:
Echinacea purpurea is widely used in Europe. It is one of the most researched herbs at our disposal. Above it has published numerous articles demonstrating its active properties.
Echinacea is rich in many important components. The organic-phenolic compounds include Echinaceas (a derivative of caffeic acid), acid achicórico (in particularly high concentrations in comparison with other species), chlorogenic acid and cinarina.
Although the analysis of Echinacea purpurea have a variety of chemical compounds with pharmacological activity, are organic-phenolic compounds that are used to standardize procedures. Lamberts ® supports the use of standardized extracts, since the extraction and concentration processes ensure that the herbal product is much stronger than those prepared based on powdered whole herb where there is no attempt to concentrate the active ingredients. We extract 200 mg produced more than 1,000 mg of dried herb powder and therefore is estimated to be 5 times more powerful than a product that contains just 200 mg of powdered plant material.
Echinacea is taken preferably during a period of two to three weeks.
