Amino acids are classified as essential amino acids and nonessential amino acids, the latter are amino acids that can be manufactured in the liver from other amino acids and from materials found in our food. Essential amino acids are those that can not be synthesized in the body, but can be obtained from plants and animals.
Cysteine is a nonessential amino acid containing aufre and helps maintain the immune system. Their properties, together with the cooperation of other vitamins and minerals help remove impurities from the body.

Essential amino acids can not be synthesized in the body and must be obtained through the diet, whereas nonessential amino acids, while being important to the health, it can be synthesized in the body and therefore not classified as "essential" .
Lamberts ® amino acids are presented in "free form", ie they are not chained to other amino acids forming peptides, so that the body uses to digest without being more easily absorbed by the intestine.
