They join colagoga plants and choleretic action (increased production and secretion of bile) and carminative for
assist the expulsion of gases. This formula contains many bitter principles that are capable of producing
greater amount of bile in the digestive and therefore greater efficiency in the digestion of fats.

Boldo and Artichoke: choleretic and cholagogue.
Fumaria: spasmodic sphincter of Oddi, thus favors the drainage of bile into the duodenum.
Romero: choleretic, antispasmodic and colagogo, especially the volatile fraction.
Mint: antispasmodic that acts on the gallbladder to facilitate drainage.
Centaurea minor: contains bitter principles which act at stimulating the secretion of pancreatic juice
digestive enzymes that help digestion.
Fennel: eupeptic properties, carminative and anti-inflammatory.
It stimulates both the formation of bile in the liver and the secretion of the same, to facilitate digestion
when bile is deficient. Indicated in cases of sluggish gallbladder, gallstones (eases
secretion), bloating, indigestion, slow digestion and pancreatic insufficiency.
