Tendinitis

Definition

The tendinitis is the inflammation of a sinew that causes pain when certain movements become. It must to the mechanical deterioration, as a result of repeated microtraumatismos or inhabituales movements in amplitude or intensity. The anatomical injury is a desgarramiento, a partial breakage, a mechanical wearing down of the sinew by "rubbing" on the adjacent bony reliefs.

An example of very frequent location is the tendinitis of insertion of epicondilios muscles of the elbow: epicondilitis or elbow of tennis player.

Treatment

- Rest of the joint. Like first intention, the infiltrations of corticoids are due to avoid.
