When not being able to sleep or, humor, the productivity, the physical and mental yield and until the personal relations are affected seriously, mainly with that it shares the same room of the snorer or snorer.

There are some factors that help to that the snorer emits more sounds during the night, among them are to smoke, since one of the effects of the smoke directly affects weaves of the respiratory system and on the other hand the tobacco causes pulmonary alterations that affect the oxigenación.
Other factors are to consume spirits, tranquilizers, tablets to sleep and other medicines that relax muscles of the throat and resecan mucous membranes can stimulate the snores.
Also they are more prone to snore the people who suffer obesity, those that have an obstruction or deviation in the nasal conduits, sinusitis or adenoides swellings.
