Balanitis

Inflammation of the penis in men without circuncidar.

Causes

Infection by a bacterium under prepucio that affects the bálano or glande.

Signs and symptoms

Pain, reddening and inflammation of the bálano or glande.

Inflammation of prepucio.

Ulceración of the penis.

Inflammation of the lymphatic glands of ingle.

Chills and fever (rarely).

Secretion by the penis (rarely).

Irritation when tinkling (rarely).

Factors of risk

Lack of hygiene under prepucio.

Traumas or minor wounds in prepucio and suffer, for example by excess of sexual masturbations or excessively vigorous relations.

Prevention

Circuncisión of the young men.

To wash to newspaper with water and soap, mainly after the sexual relations.

To clean prepucio carefully.
