INSTRUCTIONS:
· The dilute 2 drops of the chosen flower in a glass of water. And sip at intervals.
• For the use of various flowers, add 2 drops of each chosen in a 30 ml dropper and fill it with mineral water. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day. Do not use more than 7 flowers at a time.
• To preserve in a cool place.
° external apply 2 drops on wrists, temples, or behind the ears.
• If necessary Bach flowers can be administered directly on the tongue or rubbing the lips with them.
