Incompatibilities:

Do not take this supplement to the evidence of a state of paralytic ileus or subileus. Individuios should not take a fecal impaction unresolved before impact with a cure for enemas. The fiber can interact with the absorption of some medications, so it is undesirable for use in people who are concurrently taking digitalis, antiplatelet drugs, oral antidiabetics, antiepileptics or psychotropic drugs.

COMPOSITION:

Soluble fiber from Psyllium (plantago or psyllium) powder.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Regulatory effect: take a satin scoop 2 times a day.

Satiating effect, take a ladle half an hour before three main meals.

It dissolves in a large glass of water and swallowed.

It is recommended to drink daily more than 2 liters of water, while the product is being taken.
