Lecithin is a phospholipid which gives flexibility to the membranes of all living beings, and that leads to the liver cholesterol.

Soy lecithin helps digestion of fats and their dispersion in the blood, preventing formation of fat in the arteries (atheroma) that may hinder its passage and even dissolve existing ones.
